The MSU Baja SAE Team is part of the SAE International Collegiate Design Series. The team works during the year to completely engineer and build an off-road baja car, designed to be the fastest, toughest, and most powerful all while remaining within the design limits.

MSU Baja SAE team members meet at the Jolly Rd. Shop every weekend on both Saturday and Sunday to work on the car itself, beginning at 11:00 AM. Exceptions to this schedule are occasionally made, e.g. football saturdays.

Directions to the SAE Shop from Campus:
  1. Take Hagadorn South to Jolly Road
  2. Make a Left at the light on Jolly
  3. Head East along Jolly until you see the Michigan State Jolly Road Research Facility. It will be on your Right, across from Okemos High School.

If you need a ride out to the shop contact us and we will make arrangements. Many team members have cars and are happy to provide rides for new and prospective members. Remember that any majors are welcome and that we are willing to teach anybody willing.
