4. Report of the Honors Sub-Committee.  The honors sub-committee (Pat Smolinski) reported that a number of fellow nominations are in process.

5. Membership Matters.  Jean-Francois Molinari indicated that he is interested in helping organize symposia with colleagues, and would be willing to work with the honors sub-committee as well.

6. Announcements.  Nick Salomon highlighted the 39th Annual Technical Meeting of the SES.
