At the CSANN lab, we design and implement artificial neural network algorithms in VLSI. Our research work blends aspects of neuroscience, dynamical systems theory, control systems, and circuits and VLSI. Our concern is with the realm of soft computing and their hardware implementation. The research group is headed by professor Fathi M. A. Salem.
