We are currently still working towards the settlements of many aspects of this conference, the following is a provisional timetable.   2 April, Thursday 6:00 pm Arrivial of the students and falculty from other universities at their hotel. 3 April, Friday 7:30 am Breakfast in the International Center. 9:00 am Presentation of papers by the paticipating student contestants, meanwhile documentary videos will be broadcast in the nearby room. The presentations themselves will also be videotaped for those who missed them. 12:00 Lunch in the International Center 6:00 pm Falculty meeting, and pizza night for the students 4 April, Saturday 7:30 am Breakfast in the International Center. 9:00 am More paper presentations. 12:00 Award banquet. 2:00 Speech given by some important person in the aerospace history.
