Filled out the necessary forms needed for both the AIAA authority and the MSU authority so as to activate our society and be well-connected.

Our President read paragraphs concerning the responsibilities of individule committee member from the local branch manual, and also some correspondence from AIAA, which in turn contained instructions on how to organize the student conference.

Membership issues were then discussed. It was agreed that the membership fee will be five dollars. An account will be opened in the registar building for all our fundings and membership fees.

Details on how to attract new members were also mentioned, including setting up an interview desk in the front hall of the engineering building and putting up leaflets in the noticeboard.

Details of the student conference is then discussed, including the possible venue and funding for the cost of hotels and conference room.
