We discussed on the possbile aerospace professionals who could come to MSU and give a seminar on current aerospace topics.

We then discussed on our budget plannning for the coming student conference. We will have to raise a considerable amount of money to pay for the hotel, conference room and catering. We came up with some personnels and internal resource who could make some contribution. But to meet the high demand more professional organizations will have to be approached.

A choice of hotels and conference rooms was listed and will be contacted by our committee to ensure an arrangement which is both convenient and allow a modest budget. It was decided a number of university cars will be rented for necessary transportation.

A provisional registration fee of $30 per person was decided. When the final decision of venue and date is made around next week, the formal invitaion letter will be sent off to the participating university branches.

We will try to get a table in the College of Engineering Open House event on 18 Oct to promote our society and answer questions.
