Bradley Marks’ former graduate student, Kerri Harris, won a first place award for her paper presented at the Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences (MANRRS) national meeting earlier this year. Her award-winning presentation was based on her M.S. thesis work, which assessed the need for training materials targeted at oven operators in the meat and poultry industry.
