Neutral-to-Earth Voltage Evaluator Training
June 11-13, 2001

A three day course will be held at MSU June 11-13, 2001. The objective of this course is to convey an understanding of neutral-to-earth voltage sources, instrumentation, and equipment needed for an on-farm evaluation, and to discuss, demonstrate, and practice investigative procedures for conducting a farm evaluation.
