What is the Society of Applied Engineering Sciences?

The Society of Applied Engineering Sciences is a student organization that has been formed to foster interest and promotion of the Applied Engineering Sciences major. The mission of the Society of Applied Engineering Sciences is to inform engineering students of the opportunities available to them through the AES major and to promote their unique education blend of technical/engineering knowledge with a non-technical specialization to prospective employers. We sponsor activities that allow members to become aware of industrial opportunities. We also provide events where students can get to know other AES students. Membership is open to Applied Engineering Sciences and Non-Preference Engineering Majors of all class levels.
