Welcome Back Everyone!!! We hope everyone had a great holiday and a great rest after last semester.  This semester just kicked off and we are looking to get rolling as soon as possible.  We ran out of time last semester, and we have big plans for this one, so we need to get started.

Our first meeting time is still TBA, but if you are interested, please contact us at aeemsu@gmail.com so that we know to put you on the mailing list.

The Forum is now set up for AEE Users and guests.  Please click on the Forum Button in the navigation bar to go directly to the forum.  Each member needs to register for the Forum ASAP, because this will be a good means for teams to stay in contact with each other.  Once registered, you can set it up so that all posts and/or replies can be forwarded to your email address, to make the means of communication that much easier.

All of the Teams have been finalized.  Please click on the Members link in the navigation bar to view the list of teams.  It is the team's responsibility to get in touch with each other and meet before Wednesday, September 27th.  At this meeting, the teams need to appoint a team representative.  The team representative will be meeting with AEE Administrators throughout the semester for progress updates.  All representatives need to email us at aeemsu@gmail.com to let them know they have been appointed, so we may begin organizing the first progress update meeting.

Teams also need to arrange a regularly scheduled meeting time, AT LEAST once a week.  Members need to delegate work and research at their first meeting.

All members will eventually be granted a profile on this website.  In this profile, the members picture will be displayed, as well as contact and personal information.  Please send us a picture of yourself, plus the following information:

Name (what you would like to be called)
E-Mail address
Phone numbers
AIM Screenname (if you choose)
Class (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Graduate)
Brief description of yourself, including your Audio Interests and experiences (this can be anything you would like webpage viewers to know about you)
and any other applicable information you would like on your web profile

If you would like a downloadable resume linked from your profile, feel free to send that to us as well.  All sponsors, employers and professionals will have access to these resumes, so it is in your best interest to send one to us.

You need to send this information to us ASAP so we can begin making the profiles.  We would like the profiles to be up and ready by the time we start talking to sponsors, so they can see who are members are.

Thank you, and we look forward to starting work with you all.
