Truss and Roof Installation
On the morning of August 24, 1996 came the critical task of installing
(3) large roof trusses on the assembled log walls. The picture below shows
Clark locating the dormer truss on the log walls and installing bracing
in preparation for the installation of the roof deck by a roofing contractor.
The crane used to raise the trusses is visible in the background.
By noon, all three trusses along with the gable end frames were in place
- It was a busy 4 hours.
