Here's how they're made:
First, a block is selected and strips are cut from it, with the grain.
Second, the strips are sanded smooth, and shapes are traced for the jigsaw.
Third, the shapes are finish sanded on a belt sander, and then hand sanded to
fine finish for varnishing.
Next, the finish coat:

A nice way to add that “personal touch” to the

in stock is considered a “special order”.
Matched sets $18 plus $2 shipping CONUS, Special orders are $40 plus $2
shipping. I make 3 basic shapes.
Vibroplex style ovals, Bencher style triangles, and Generic rounded edged
triangles. These 3 shapes can be drilled to fit a variety of keys. Anything
different from these 3 shapes is a special order. E-mail me for more info please.
I also have available a limited quantity of handcrafted wooden “side panels” for K1 & K2 transceivers. SEE PHOTOS AT TOP OF PAGE. Current stock includes Mahogany & African Padouc. $ 40 per pair, shipped CONUS.
